Self evaluation questionnaire for the data from the year 2011
The Quality Team at EBN is pleased to launch the self evaluation questionnaire for the data from the year 2011
Please download and read the guidance notes before starting to complete the questionnaire.
Associate Members do NOT need to complete the questionnaire. However, if you are an Associate Member, you can see an example of the questionnaire. You cannot complete it unless you have registered an application for full membership or you have applied for a customized benchmarking report and requested access.
ESINET Members will find some additional questions related to the space connected technologies and activities.
Please note that the deadline for completion and submission is 31 March 2012.
