Self evaluation questionnaire for the data from the year 2009
The Quality Team at EBN is pleased to launch the self evaluation questionnaire for the data from the year 2009
Please download and read the guidance notes before starting to complete the questionnaire.
Associate Members do NOT need to complete the questionnaire. However, if you are an Associate Member, you can see an example of the questionnaire. You cannot complete it unless you have registered an application for full membership and requested access.
Please note that the deadline for completion and submission is 31 March 2010.
